The dark
A cinema is dark. Hang blackout curtains or close the blinds, and leave at most a soft lamp on behind the TV. Black gets deeper and colours richer.
The distance
Sit so the screen fills a large part of your view. For a 65-inch TV that is about two metres. Too far away and you miss the detail of 4K.
The sound
A soundbar or a set of speakers on the HDMI port with ARC or eARC makes more difference than a bigger TV. Turn the TV speakers off.
The chair
Put the best chair straight in front of the middle of the screen. The sound is right there, and you see the picture without an angle.
